Ingredients
5 tbsp pineapple purée
1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
2 1/2 cups beaten whipped cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar

For The Garnish
1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the beaten whipped cream and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and mix well using a spatula.
  2. Add the pineapple purée and mix well.
  3. Add the pineapple and mix well.
  4. Pour the mousse into 6 individual glasses or bowls and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  5. Serve chilled garnished with pineapple.

This is such an easy and a quick recipe,all we need is very few ing and a great dessert is ready within minutes. The combo of pineapple and whipped cream is just wow.
