Then place a toasted bread slice on a clean, dry surface, spread 2 tbsp of the prepared palak paneer mixture over it and spread it evenly. Repeat step 1 to make 9 more toasts. Serve immediately.

This combo of paneer and palak in a subzi is very popular and taste also really nice but when made with lots of cheese and topped on a toasted bread, the taste is really really great. I served this starter for parties and all enjoyed it and asked for the recipe for the same.

I liked this idea of having palak paneer on the toast and my daughter just loved it to some another level... This is going to be my kitty party starter..
