-
-
Put the cheese spread in a deep bowl.
-
To this, add the grated mozzarella cheese. The reason for adding 2 types of cheeses is that the cheese spread gives creaminess while mozzarella gives the stringy texture.
-
Now add the finely chopped black olives. You can even cut them into slices but finely chopped olives are easier to spread on toast.
-
Now add the finely chopped jalapenos. We have used the pickled jalapenos as the fresh ones would be very spicy. Both olives and jalapenos add a salty, sour taste to the toast.
-
Add the mixed dried herbs. This is a prepacked mix sold which contains dried oregano, parsley, rosemary and thyme.
-
Finally add the milk and salt.
-
Mix well with a spoon till everything is evenly incorporated. Keep aside.
-
Put the cheese spread in a deep bowl.

I have tried all diffrent toppings on a toast but had never tried jalapenos with olives before. I love the way the melted mozerella tastes. Yummm. Such a nice cheesy and tangy taste. Perfect for a cocktail party or even as a snack.
