1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped coloured capsicum
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1/4 tsp salt to taste
1/2 cup coarsely crushed quick cooking rolled oats for rolling
2 tsp olive oil for cooking

  1. To make non fried dahi ke kebab recipe, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide and roll 10 equal portions into round, flat kebab.
  3. Roll each kebab into oats powder till it's evenly coated.
