Moong Palak Dal recipe - How to make Moong Palak Dal

Ingredients

palak - 6 sticks
moong dal - 1 bowl
salt to taste
haldi powder-1/4 tea spoon
ghee- 1 tb. spoon
jeera-1/4 tea spoon
red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
hing - 1/4 tae spoon
Method


  1. Finely chopp palak.
  2. Wash dal and soak.
  3. Take pressure cooker. put dal and palak in cooker.
  4. Mix salt and haldi powder.
  5. Put on fire and just after one whistle .put off fire.
  6. After cooling add chawk.
  7. For chawk, put ghee in a pan and on hitting add hing,jeera,chilli powder.
  8. Ready to serve.
