what is moong dal pakoda made off? moong dal bhajiya is made from cheap and easily available ingredients in India such as 1 cup yellow moong dal (split yellow gram), 1 tbsp roughly chopped green chillies, 1 tsp coarsely crushed coriander (dhania) seeds, 1/2 tsp coarsely crushed black peppercorns (kalimirch), salt to taste and oil for deep-frying.
