A spinach based soup with sweet corn, flavoured with fresh basil.
Method- Add the stock in a deep pan and add the sweet corn and mix well.
- Add the salt, pepper and basil, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Add the spinach and remove from the flame.
- Add the white corn.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh cream.
