    2. Blend it till coarse. Keep aside. 
    3. In a deep bowl, add 1/4 cup melted butter
    4. Add the brown sugar. 
    5. Mix it well using a whisk.
    6. Put the brown sugar-butter mixture on a greased 175 mm. (7”) diameter cake tin and press it lightly. 
    7. Put one small fresh pineapple slice in the centre and a glace cherry inside it.

    12. The batter should be of dropping consistency. Like show in the image.

    1. Pour the batter gently over the pineapple and cherries.
    2. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes or till the cake leaves the sides of the tin.

    1. Remove and keep aside to cool. 
    2. Run knife around the edges of the cake and invert the cake carefully.
