1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup chocolate chips
