Ingredients
3/4 cup soaked and boiled rajma (kidney beans)
3/4 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
3/4 cup soaked and boiled rangoon na vaal (broad field beans)
1 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
2 tbsp processed cheese cubes
1/2 cup chopped spring onions (whites and greens)
1/2 cup tomato cubes

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the dressing in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  4. Serve immediately.
