  1. To make microwave makai khichdi, combine the oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and green chillies in a microwave-safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Add the corn, sugar, salt and ¾ cup of water, mix well and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve the makai ni khichdi hot garnished with the coriander.

Makai ni khichdi.. its quick and easy to make it.. The mild sweet taste of the khichdi is just perfect in taste.. I loved this khichdi.. whenever corn in season.. i make sure i make it..
