Jalapeno and black olive are both ingredients that have an interestingly sharp flavour. When these are added to pleasant tasting, lusciously soft butter, you get a spread with a fabulous flavour that is spicy in a very balanced sort of way.
You can use the Jalapeno Olive Butter to make pastas , noodles and rice, or you can use it as an interesting spread for your toast, Sandwiches or rolls.
It is sure to add a lot of josh to the meal with its fantastic taste. Store it in the fridge when not in use, so that it can be kept fresh for 15 days.
You can also try other recipes like Pasta and Ladi Pav Garlic Bread .
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the flavoured butter onto a 300mm. (12") x 250mm. (10") butter paper and roll it tightly towards the other end to form a cylindrical roll.
- Twist both the ends of the roll and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread a little butter on toasted bread slices and serve immediately or store refrigerated and use as required.
