2 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
salt to taste
To Serve
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 2 hours.

I tried this as a pre di ner snack and amazing outcome... Evryone just munched lovingly
