Tomato puree, vinegar and chilli sauce come together to create an exciting sauce that is amongst kids’ favourite accompaniments! simply spiced with black pepper, and thickened with corn flour, this exciting hot and sour sauce can be prepared easily, within minutes, at home.
Method- Mix together all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Cool and use as a spread or serve hot with noodles and vegetables.
- This makes a delicious spread for frankies and cheese sandwiches.
