Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the whole wheat flour, mix well and cook on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the milk and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously using a whisk.
  4. Add the parsley, basil, paneer and chilli flakes, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the whole wheat penne and ¼ cup of water, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve immediately.

turned out to be very tasty and best part is even if it doesn''t look healthy.. it is very healthy.. thanks for this recipe go for this one guys and a good option for kids too
