Indian cheese corn toast is made from toasted whole wheat bread slices , cut into halves, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane), 2 tbsp grated processed cheese, 1 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 2 tsp plain flour (maida), 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder and salt to taste. Take 1/2 a cup of sweet corn kernels.

Bring enough water to boil in a pan.

Add the sweet corn kernels.

Add a pinch of salt.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Strain.
