Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad nonstick pan, add the cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
  2. Add the coconut milk and corn flour, mix well using a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the lemon juice, sugar and salt and mix well.
  4. Use as required.

Wow, coconut sauce, creamy in taste and rich in flavour. Added this to boiled vegetables and made a stew, for my appam which i had made. It was super yummy.
