Ingredients
Method


  1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  2. Grind the garlic and green chillies together.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic- green chilly paste and saute.
  4. Now add the tomatoes, haldi, and red chilly powder and saute till the tomatoes are cooked.
  5. Finally add salt, sugar and vinegar and give one boil and cool.
  6. After cooling store in an air tight glass jar.
