Khichiya Papad is one of the most popular varieties of papad in India, made of spicy rice flour dough. These papads may be deep-fried or roasted, and each has a unique flavour.

Method- Hold one papad with the help of a tong and roast it over a medium open flame till light brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Repeat step 1 to make 3 more papads.
- Serve immediately.
