To make paneer kurkure, in a deep bowl, add corn flour, plain flour, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt and approx. 5 tbsp of water. Mix well using a whisk. In a plate take cornflakes and crush it slightly. Take paneer cubes and dip it in the marinade then coat with crushed cornflakes evenly. Heat oil in a deep pan, deep fry a few paneer pieces on a medium flame until golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients
For Paneer Kurkure
20 paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1 tsp ginger (adrak)
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
corn flakes for rolling
oil for frying
For Serving With Paneer Kurkure
Method
- To make paneer kurkure, in a deep bowl, add corn flour, plain flour, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt and approx. 5 tbsp of water. Mix well using a whisk.

This is not a v great combination.. chutney tastes doesn't come .. paneer tastes v bland.. I had to sprinkle chaat masala after frying.. I had used roasted papad instead of raw though I tried wit raw too n didn't taste well ..
