Which Idlis and Dosas are heathy

 on 06 Feb 20 11:37 AM

Your article is subversive. My first vote to be of Rice Dada dosa and rice idly. If you want protein, vitamin etc., so many side dishes there to fill the gap. Coconut churney , pudina, tomato chutney or sambhar are delicious and favoured to make it a wholesome food. For the individuals there are variety of dosas. But plain dosa and idly is all time goodness and favourite. Sambhar idly is really delicious.
