1. Choose the Right Vegetables:

- Small cauliflower florets

- Baby corn

3. The Quick Cooking Method:
- Sauté: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add aromatics: Add ginger-garlic paste (if using) and sauté briefly.
- Add vegetables: Toss the vegetables into the pan.
