Please help... Hello mam I have kenstar microwave oven.... But I don''t know how we pre heat oven ? When I preheat for convection mode for 180° © that shows 30 minutes.... But that beep sound comes 3 minute under... But microwave glass rotater on...but number pad don''t move....so what can I do? Actually we tried but my cokkies burn.. So please help...please send video of pre heat...
