Sprouted Moong is everybody's favourite in my family. This recipe was also a great hit...Just rotis and plain rice was enough to round up the dinner as this kadhi is so satisfying that you will not even miss the subzi in your meal.

A good one dish meal which includes green leafy vegetable too. Instead of fresh curds, I served it with Dahiwali Phudina Chutney which is again a Tarla Dalal Chutney. Tx mam.

A good replacement to regular dal.... The aroma of the masala being roasted is truly amazing and thats the essence of this recipe too.

A very tasty rice delicacy. However since I dont have a microwave I did the final assembling of Biryani in a handi and let it heat on a slow flame for 10 minutes.

I have always made burger tikki with boiled vegetables. But after trying this Veggie Burger recipe in which the tikki is made by cooking the vegetables in kadhai, I would say this is definitely a must try recipe.

True flavour of each ingredient can be experienced with each bite. Tastes amazing with tortilla chips

A perfect restaurant taste. Instead of fresh tomato puree I use readymade tomato puree. However I added a pinch of sugar to compensate for the little sourness of readymade tomato puree.
