Nice and peppy parathas when served with a bowl of low fat curds is enough to make a meal by itself. The capsicum in the stuffing gives a very good crunch to these parathas.

A good variation to plain bajra rotis which are stuffed with calcium rich paneer and iron rich methi... the stuffing has tomatoes too, hence need to be served immediately.
