For the garlic croutons
  1. Combine the butter and garlic paste in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking tray, spread little of the butter-garlic mixture evenly over it. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 ºc (400ºf) for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Cut each toasted garlic slice into 6 equal cubes.
How to proceed
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Finally, add the garlic croutons and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.

The salad is very tasty. Red chilli powder in the dressing gives that spice hit to the salad. The unique texture of the bread croutons and vegetables gives a good mouth feel. Serve immediately or the croutons tend to get soggy.
