Main Ingredients
2 cups thinly purple yam (kand) sliced
oil for deep-frying
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a deep kadhai and deep-fry the purple yam slices, a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Arrange them on a serving plate, overlapping each other and sprinkle some chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander, lemon juice and salt over them.
- Serve immediately.

Kay baat hai. Iss taraah se hum chatpata kund/ beet etc bhi kha sakte. cannot believe this. but very nice. Sehaat ki sehaat aur swad bhi!!!!
