Method- एक गहरे नॉन-स्टिक पॅन में दूध उबालें और बीच-बीच मे हिलाते रहें।
- जब दूध उबलने लगे, आँच से हठाकर १ मिनट के लिए रुकें।
- दही डालकर हल्के हाथों मिला लें। २ मिनट के लिए रुककर दूध फटने दें।
- दूध के फटने के बाद, सूती कपड़े से छान लें। व्हे को फेके नहीं।
- पनीर को १/२ कप व्हे के साथ मिलाकर मिक्सर में डालकर मुलायम होने तक पीस लें।
- ज़रुरत अनुसार प्रयोग करें।

I was craving for cheesecake recipe since a very long time...but due to its calorie content..I was ignoring it like anything...Few days back I came across this recipe...I tried and VOILA!!!....i found out the secret of relishing desserts without gaining weight...
