Our eggless chocolate chip cookies recipe are made specially for vegetarians who want eggless recipes in India. Taste of Indian style eggless chocolate chip cookies is as good as the regular cookies made with eggs. Ingredients to make vegetarian eggless chocolate chip cookies are chocolate chips, plain flour, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar, butter, little milk and vanilla essence.

Here is the perfect recipe to make delightful eggless chocolate chip cookies, which have an ideal melt-in-the-mouth texture and the sweet scent of vanilla, speckled with chocolate chips, which will add more joy to every bite.

eggless chocolate chip cookies are a must to complete the Christmas experience. Indian style eggless chocolate chip cookies are also a wonderful jar snack to have at home, to appease your sweet tooth as well as sudden hunger pangs. And, what better flavour of cookie to make than chocolaty ones!

Notes and tips to make the perfect eggless chocolate chip cookies. 1. Add the baking powder. It works as a leavening agent that helps the dough to rise well. In any recipe, the amount of baking powder should be used very precisely, as excess baking powder will cause the product to collapse while less baking powder will make it heavy. 2. Then add baking soda. Baking soda is also used as a leavening agent in baking. Baked recipes leavened using baking soda usually have a lighter crumb and show signs of aeration (in form of tiny holes) because of the escape of carbon dioxide. 3. Then whisk well to cream the butter and sugar. When you cream the butter and sugar, it does more than simply combining the two ingredients and making it soft, you’re beating air bubbles and air pockets into it, which is needed for the baking soda and baking powder to work.

Mahasweta

March 13, 2025, midnight

Hello, Thank you for the recipe. I tried it this evening. The cookies have come out very well. The taste and crunch is awesome. However, I do not have an OTG;so I used the convection mode of my microwave oven. I used 180 degree centigrade and baked for 20 minutes because at 15 minutes they were still quite soft on the outer side. As the tray for the microwave oven is round in shape, the space fell short for the 9 cookies when they increased in size. They stuck to each other. Two of them broke while trying to separate from each other. I will definitely try making them again, but maybe in lesser quantity at a time. The way they are enlarging, I guess not more than 4 will get baked properly in a microwave tray.( Mine is a 28 ltr one )
