The low-fat cream cheese used in this recipe is so lusciously creamy that your palate will be fooled into the same pampering experience of gorging on high-fat dips, albeit with a low-fat twist! Enjoy this tangy, herby, spicy dip with vegetable strips.
For the creamy sun-dried tomato and herb dip- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
How to serve- Serve the chilled creamy sun-dried tomato and herb dip with cucumber and carrot strips.
Handy tip:- Soak 7 sun-dried tomatoes in enough hot water for 15 minutes. Drain well and finely chop it.
