For cheesy maggi- To make cheesy maggi, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the coloured capsicum and corn and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the chilli flakes, oregano, and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add 2 cups of hot water, maggi, maggi tastemaker and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the cheese slices and cheese, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve the cheesy maggi immediately.

What is cheesy Maggi made of ? cheesy Maggi is made from 1 packet maggi noodles, 1 maggi tastemaker, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun), 1/2 cup finely chopped coloured capsicum, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane), 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika), 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 2 cheese slices, 1/4 cup grated processed cheese and salt to taste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a broad non-stick pan.

Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun). This taste very good so make sure you do not use garlic paste.
