A colourful and crunchy salad.
Method- Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Put in the refrigerator.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Just before serving, pour over the salad and mix well.
- Serve cold on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves.
