  1. To make bajra kanji, combine the bajra flour, curd and 2 cups of water in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the bajra-curd mixture and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Serve bajra kanji immediately garnished with coriander.

    2. Add ½ cup whisked curd (dahi).
    3. Add 2 cups of water.
    4. Mix well using a whisk. Keep aside.
    5. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a deep non-stick pan.
    6. Add a pinch of asafoetida. 
    7. Sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
    8. Add the bajra-curds mixture.
    9. Add salt.
    10. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
    11. Garnished with coriander.
    12. Serve bajra kanji immediately.
