Ingredients
Main Ingredients
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup sliced apple
1/2 cup roasted pecan
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar (apple vinegar)
2 tsp whole grain mustard paste
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
Method
- Combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard paste, honey, pepper powder and sea salt in a small bowl and mix well using a whisk.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients along with the olive oil –sea salt mixture and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
