Hi. I wanted to check - is there an alternative for maida in this receipe - can I use bread crumbs or aara aata?

Hi Binju, You can coat them with breadcrumbs instead of rice flakes. An alternative for maida can be cornflour. You can add some in the mixture and also coat with cornflour and deep fry. It won''t give a similar texture though.
