Anybody will fall head over heel in love with this Strawberry Juice, which you will agree is one of the tastiest way to stay young and energetic.
The vitamin C in strawberries is an antioxidant that not only boosts your immune system but also adds a glow to your skin. First puree the fruit and then add the water, in order to get a smooth drink. Otherwise, the strawberries will not get mashed properly and you will end up with a slushy drink.
When strawberries are in season make this Fresh Juice a part of your daily menu.
Method- Combine all the ingredients along with 1 cup of chilled water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the juice into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.
