For sprouted moong pakoda
 

  1. To make sprouted moong pakoda, blend the moong in a mixer till coarse.
  2. Transfer the moong mixture into a dep bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, drop spoonful of the mixture using your fingers and deep-fry a few pakodas at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Serve the sprouted moong pakoda immediately with green chutney and tomato ketchup.

    2. Blend the moong in a mixer till coarse.
    3. Transfer the moong mixture into a deep bowl.
    4. Add 2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta).
    5. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina).
    6. Add 1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste.
    7. Add 1/4 tsp ginger (adrak) paste.
    8. Add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste.
    9. Add salt to taste.
    10. Mix well.
    11. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan.

Hi I have a query ...do we need to steam.the sprouts before using or even drench in warm water for a while before using .the answer will be helpful mam
