For paneer methi palak sabzi- To make paneer methi palak sabzi, combine the spinach and fenugreek leaves in deep non-stick pan, mix well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Cool and blend in a mixer along with green chillies, ginger and garlic till smooth. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the prepared spinach-fenugreek mixture and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes,while stirirng occasionally.
- Add milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes ,while stirring occasionally.
- Add the salt and paneer, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve the paneer methi palak sabzi hot with parathas or rumali roti.
