Method
For the curry sauce
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
How to proceed
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the noodles, bean sprouts, broccoli, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Just before serving re-heat the curry sauce.
  3. Put the noodles mixture on a serving plate, top it with the prepared curry sauce and serve immediately.
