Ingredients
4 tbsp finely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
1 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
2 tsp green chilli paste
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into soft dough, using enough warm water. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion between two sheets of plastic into a circle of 100 mm (4”) diameter.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  4. Serve immediately.
