Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into semi stiff dough,using enough warm water.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle of 125 mm (5") diameter, using a little brown rice flour for rolling.
  3. Cook each roti on a hot non-stick tava (girddle), using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  4. Serve immediately.

Kal mein yeh roti banyee thi. Sukhe naryali aur kale miri ki chutney ke sath bhoat hi lazatdaar swad paya.
