Here we show you how to prepare delectable Mango Jam right in your own kitchen. Made of basic ingredients like mango pulp, sugar and lemon juice, this jam has a pure flavour unadulterated by artificial colours or flavours.
Make a small jarful of this jam and keep it handy in the refrigerator, to enjoy with toast and tea.

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 1/2 cups alphonso mango pulp
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
For Serving
toasted bread slice , lightly buttered
Method
- This jam stays fresh for 1 week if refrigerated and stored in an air-tight container.
- Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 12 minutes, or till the mixture thickens and turn glossy while stirring continuously.
- Cool completely and serve with toasted bread or store it refrigerated.
