Pamper your desi streak with this Masala Aloo Subzi, which is bursting with flavour yet so easy to prepare.
Everyday ingredients like chilli powder, coriander powder and lemon juice together with a simple tempering of jeera perk up the potato strips, transforming them into a really spicy treat. Make this subzi in the Microwave within minutes, with absolutely no sweat.
Serve this sukhi subzi with plain puris , Luchi , Khus khus ki Puri or Masala Puri and some pickle .
Method- Combine the oil and cumin seeds in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add all the ingredients, except the lemon juice and coriander and mix gently. Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 6 minutes, while stirring once after 3 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and coriander and mix gently.
- Serve hot.
