A mind-blowing sweet-and-spicy dressing, with the enticing flavours of honey, lemon and mustard. Jalapeno gives the Honey Mustard Dressing a spicy touch, while thyme gives it a herby aroma.
If you want a spicy dressing, make sure you use fresh jalapenos. This peppy dressing can be stored for two days in the fridge, if kept in a clean and dry, airtight glass jar.

Method- Combine the honey, mustard paste, lemon juice, lemon zest and sea salt in a deep bowl, gradually add the olive oil and vegetable oil, while whisking it continuously.
- Add the jalapenos and thyme and mix well.
- Use as required.
