Hello Mam, I have tried this recipe a couple of years ago. I added all the dry nuts to it , to make more delicious. Instead of rolling like a laddu I just refrigerated this mixture in a cylindrical shape for ant 3 hrs n then made into thick slices. Its attractive , n feel to eat more healthy such recipes.

Totally agree you barely know you are eating dates, it has that natural sugar and the nuts make it so crunchy. Such a good option even for replacing a granola or any other bars.

My kids loved the combo of dates, almonds and desiccated coconut. The best part is that they did not know it was dates and this is way healthier than giving a dessert of only plain flour and butter.
