What can I use instead of bread slice for paneer balls?

If you don''t wish to use bread slice then skip adding curd too and just add 2 tbsp of plain flour (maida) to the cottage cheese ball mixture.

Cottage cheese balls along with tomato sauce and eaten with noodles, sounds like a complete party dish or an exiting dinner.. Love the idea. The flavouring of noodles with butter and garlic is also a very good taste enhancer.. Must definitely try..
