  5. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and roll each portion into a 150 mm. (6”) x 150 mm. (6”) square using a little plain flour for rolling.
  6. Cut into ¾” wide strips using a knife and give 2 twists to each strip.
  7. Arrange the strips on an ungreased baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes.
