For carrot dosa- To make carrot dosa recipe, combine all the ingredients along with 1 3/4 cups of water in a deep bowl.
- Mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly using 1/8 tsp oil.
