Tomato Mozzarella, cheesy and tangy satay.
Method- Make small balls of mozzarella.
- Thread the mozzarella balls on a satay sticks, alternating with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Pour olive oil, mixed salt and pepper over the satay and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve.
