  1. In a bowl add all ingredients except oil.
  2. Add little amount of water and mix to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, take the batter and slowly dip in the oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown and drain on a paper towel. Repeat in small batches.
  5. Serve with ketchup.
